The Filtreau UV-C Module 40 W amalgam High Output (HO) built-in ultraviolet lamp kit is a high-quality device for the disinfection and sterilization of pond water. The radiation of the sterilizer has a wavelength of 253.7 nm and purifies water from all harmful microorganisms, fungi, viruses, bacteria and algae.
The new manufacturing technology of High Output (HO) amalgam ultraviolet lamps made it possible to achieve efficient radiation with a much lower heating temperature of the lamp itself.

UV-C Amalgam consists of two separate parts: the first is the sterilizer itself, consisting of a quartz flask with an ultraviolet lamp and a sealed plastic base; the second is the control panel.
The sterilizer does not have a housing, which does not interfere with the flow of water and can be built into any suitable container, including drum filters.
In this model, the control panel does not have a UV lamp timer.
Amalgam lamps have a lifespan of approximately 12,000 hours, after which they should be replaced.
Attention! Use only with pond pumps! UV lamps are not covered by the warranty! The sterilizer can only be turned on after the pump is turned on and there is a constant flow of water.
We recommend using with a voltage stabilizer!
