Pond pressure filter designed to efficiently filter pond water. It is a reliable filter that will provide a high level of water purification from contaminants.
The filter has a pressure housing, which allows it to be installed below the water level.
Water purification occurs in three stages:
- Biological (using bacteria on bioballs and a sponge);
- Mechanical (filter sponge traps particles);
- UV sterilization (UV lamp prevents water from blooming and kills all harmful bacteria).
The kit includes:
- The pressure head filter for a pond Aquaking PF2-60;
- Pond pump Aquaking FTP2-16000 ECO;
- Pressure hose with a diameter of 32 mm or 38 mm, 5 meters long;
- Clamps - 2 pcs.
Advantages of the pressure filter AquaKing PF2-60:
- the kit includes filter materials: washcloths for mechanical filtration and bioballs for biological water purification;
- built-in 24 W UV lamp;
- the filter has a compact size;
- equipped with a special handle for semi-automatic cleaning;
- there is a contamination indicator on the housing, with which you can determine when it is necessary to clean the filter.
Over time, the efficiency of the UV lamp decreases. The lamp needs to be replaced every 8000 operating hours (every year). You also need to monitor the cleanliness of the flask so that there are no deposits on it. The filtration system should only be used with pond pumps.
When connecting to the network, it is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer.
