The operation of the Filtreau Combi PF2 combined drum filter consists in the fact that the water from the reservoir enters the drum with a very fine mesh, the mesh size is about 70 microns and run back into the pond without the slightest dirt particles. All contaminants remain on the inner wall of the fine mesh and, as it becomes clogged, they are automatically washed into the sewer using a washing pump, the drum is cleaned only when the ducts decrease and the water level in the filter falls, then the automatic drum cleaning system is turned on, it starts slowly rotate, and the washing nozzles feed a powerful stream of water from the outside of the drum onto the filter screen. The combined filter drum Filtreau Combi PF2 has a controller that is present on the filter housing, that is, from our reservoir, any contaminants are removed almost immediately when they get into it. Such a filter many times reduces the load on the ecosystem of the reservoir and makes our water in the pond crystal clear.
