cylindrical heating rod, vertically attached from below to a figured polystyrene foam float. When heated, the rod forms a local flow of heated water under and around
the float, thereby preventing the formation of an ice crust. The heater also has an on / off sensor depending on the temperature, as soon as the temperature approaches
the freezing point of water, the heater turns on automatically and turns off if the temperature rises. The heater is effective at temperatures up to minus 20 degrees.
